Today, our wheels are some of the most sought after for a variety of vehicle applications including luxury sedans, performance and exotics. Our wheels undergo a rigorous manufacturing process to ensure that we provide our customers with a quality end product.

Each wheel that VIP Modular creates starts life as a 7-inch 6061 billet aluminum rod, which has been heat treated to T6 strength, refining structural grain direction along with the wheels spokes. The result of the forging process involves; aluminum with a refined crystalline structure, whose grain direction is aligned with the primary load direction of the wheel spokes.

Made in the USA to withstand even the harshest road conditions, these beautifully crafted wheels are cut with precision with professional CNC machining under the strictest quality control and done by our most trusted, trained and experienced technicians.

Each center disc profile is placed on a lathe and Computer Numerical Control mills. Each design is 
transferred from 3D CAD-engineered drawing to exact wheel specifications ordered by our valued customers. 

Each raw milled aluminum forging goes through various stages before the final finishing process.  Some of those stages involve; de-burring, sanding, buffing, brushing and polishing. A series of tools allow our technicians to hand craft each wheel profile into its final form of beauty.

VIP Modular uses a combination of; powder coating, polishing, brushing and plating to create the unique finishes that our customers seek. With the urge to be different, we as a company are striving to come up with new concepts and techniques so that our clients have a limitless choice of finishes.

The final stage of assembling here at VIP Modular is where you can see the wheel take its final form.  We carefully assemble each inner barrel, outer lip, center, hardware and center cap to exact specifications. Once the wheel is constructed and the hardware is torqued down to spec, our final quality control process begins. Our goal is to deliver our customers with not only the top of the line product but a V.I.P experience.
